Riesling Scherwiller has a decidedly fragrant and mineral nose, especially fruity, with hints of citrus, peach and apricot, as well as dried fruit such as almonds and hazelnuts. In the mouth it is fresh and enveloping, savory and persistent, with a citrus and spicy finish.

Perfect for Japanese cuisine, it has great aging potential.
