Tasting Notes: Light pale, pink, bronze and copper. Bright. Pot pourri, licorice and some hints of redcurrant confectionery. Mandarin peel and zest. Zephyrs of pomegranate, wafts of rose petal and rose water; the suggestion of Turkish Delight… More savoury than sweet in its aromatics. Grown-up pink wine. Fresh and firm fruit flavours flourish across the palate: raspberry, blackberry, and ripe sun-kissed citrus. A rainwater and river pebble verisimilitude in both tension and texture. Racing acidity keeps the buoyant fruit flavours moving along briskly. A savoury finish with good grip and persistence.
