Aroma: Elegant and fresh with lifted aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white peach, layered with notes of brioche, almond and hints of strawberry from the Pinot Noir

Palate: Light-bodied and vibrant with a creamy mousse and crisp acidity. Flavours of citrus, red apple and stone fruit are balanced by a delicate toastiness and mineral finesse, leading to a long, refreshing finish

Cellaring: Delicious now for its brightness and energy. Will gain complexity over the next 2 to 4 years
