Think floral and savoury Nebbiolo character: rose petals, perhaps some red cherry or strawberry, maybe a touch of dried herbs. Given the whole bunch fermentation and older oak, there may be some complexity: hints of spicy or herbal lift; some earthiness. Because oak is older, oak influence (toast, vanilla) is likely subdued.

Given the modest alcohol and older oak plus whole bunch, the wine is likely to be relatively elegant, with good acidity, moderate to firm but refined tannins. Expect medium body rather than full-bodied. The structure may be more on the leaner/slender side compared with very plush, high-ripeness reds. Expect freshness and finesse.
