A distinctive and gastronomic rosé from the historic Cru Classé estate Clos Cibonne in Provence. The 2021 vintage of the “Cuvée Prestige Caroline” (often referenced as “Caroline Rosé 2021”) highlights the rare native Tibouren grape, barrique ageing, and serious cellaring potential.

Colour: Salmon‑pink with copper glints and bright clarity

Aroma: Wild strawberry and blood orange peel, subtle spice, garrigue herbs and a fine oak nuance

Palate: Medium body; firm structure for a rosé, generous red‑berry core, crisp acidity, chalky mineral edge and a long lingering finish
