Appearance: Deep ruby red with purple hues. Aroma: Intense and inviting aromas of blackberries, black cherries, plums, and cassis. These fruity notes are complemented by hints of spices such as cloves, vanilla, and liquorice, as well as earthy undertones like tobacco, cedar, and leather, often characteristic of Bordeaux wines. Palate: Rich, full-bodied, and smooth, with a velvety texture. Flavours of dark fruits (blackcurrant, plum) dominate, accompanied by well-integrated oak, which adds hints of chocolate, vanilla, and toast. The wine has balanced acidity, soft tannins, and a long, persistent finish.

Pairs beautifully with roasted meats, especially lamb, beef, and game, as well as earthy dishes like mushroom risotto, and hard cheeses like aged Gouda or Comté.
