This is a wonderfully fresh, food-friendly style of old vine rosé, imbued with flavours of apricot kernel, white peach and wild strawberry. It has notes of mint and hay in the background, and the palate is fresh and long. Intensley mineral, it is bone dry and very focussed, with a long spine of acidity.

A great wine for matching with all your favourite grilled fish and seafood dishes, chilli-spiked meat, tofu, and vegetables. Charcuterie, olive-based dishes, and smoky grilled eggplant.
