Appearance: Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Aroma: A refined bouquet of citrus fruits (lemon, lime), white flowers, almonds, and subtle notes of brioche and pastry, along with hints of minerals and chalk, characteristic of the chalky soils of Reims. Palate: On the palate, this champagne is creamy and delicate, with layers of citrus fruits, white peach, and toasted nuts. There’s also a minerality that enhances the freshness, while the long aging contributes to notes of honey, vanilla, and brioche. It has a long, elegant finish with a fine balance of richness and freshness. Acidity: Crisp, well-integrated acidity that adds vibrancy to the wine without overpowering the subtle richness.
