Zesty nose displaying aromatic citrus and nectarine lift entwined with ripe peach, white florals and subtle fresh fig notes enhanced by savoury oak and a hint of crème Brulé. The palate exhibits finesse, bright balanced acidity, a rounded finish and exceptional length.

This Chardonnay will pair well with Seafood especially light seafood like shrimp, crab, and oysters, Chicken especially when cooked with a creamy sauce, Mild and Creamy Cheeses like Brie, triple cream, and Monterey Jack are excellent choices and Pastas with pesto or cheese-based sauces, or pasta with buttery or brown butter sauces, also works well.
