Pale green gold in the glass, crystal clear. This wine is brimming with crisp and crunchy fruit flavours, passionfruit, gooseberry and newly cut grass. The palate shows light fresh citrus and more passionfruit notes, with juicy, mouth pleasing acidity, and a balanced finish. Drink now to 3 years.

This wine works well with seafood, especially shellfish, pork, veal, chicken, game birds or dishes with cream sauces. Cheese, hard and soft is another great pairing, especially blue cheese.
