A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Displaying an opaque purple colour, it shimmers and shines with a youthfully reticent nose. Blueberry preserves, blackcurrant pastilles and black forest cake, followed by hints of lavender, clove oil, iron ore and star anise. The medium bodied palate is wonderfully elegant, featuring tightly wound yet beautifully pure layers of black fruits and earthy nuances. Within its solid structure are firm yet velvety tannins and exhilarating freshness, finishing with very long-lingering earth and mineral notes.

Pair this wine with grilled meats, hearty stews and rich pasta dishes.
