Dark, rich red fruit with earthy overtones. Fine and silky, medium to full tannins. Blackcurrant, blueberry, cassis, liquorice, clove, cinnamon, mint, and thyme.

Shiraz Cabernet is a classic blend of Barossa tradition. These combine to add layers of flavour and structure to this wine. It has been carefully crafted to showcase each variety to give balance, depth, interest and harmony with these two varieties.
With combinations of red berry, dark berry fruits, mixed spice and fruit cake notes, This wine is a conversation on your palate. French oak 14 months and integrated fine tannins.
