Tasting Notes: Highly aromatic strawberry and rose petal adorn the nose. The palate is a complex mix of red fruits and floral notes, while mild sweetness mid palate, finishes crisp and dry.

Serving Temperature: Best served well-chilled: around 8–12 °C.

Decanting: Decanting not necessary. This is a fresh, aromatic rosé designed to be enjoyed young; decanting won’t add much for this style. A brief swirl in the glass is all you need.

Food Pairing: Rosé’s versatility makes it great with a broad range of dishes. Try pairing with: Seafood (prawns, oysters, grilled fish). Fresh salads and goat’s cheese. Charcuterie and light cold cuts, Soft cheeses and bruschetta. Grilled chicken or turkey. Light pasta with olive oil, herbs & lemon. Mild Asian dishes (Thai, Vietnamese).
