Vermentino is widely planted in the Mediterranean islands of Sardinia and Corsica.
The Bremerton Vermentino has personality and texture. A refreshingly aromatic and bright wine full of lemon, mandarin pith and elements of sea spray character backed up with mouth watering acidity and a lingering finish.

Vermentino pairs well with fish and seafood recipes. It also has the body to stand up to rich tomato dishes like ratatouille, and it can be magnificent with pasta dishes and pesto pasta recipes.
