The 2023 Bremerton Fiano is a modern example of this Italian white wine grape variety grown in Langhorne Creek, South Australia.

Aroma and Flavour: The Fiano is aromatic and intensely flavoured, offering fresh lifted citrus curd and pith notes balanced by a textural nuttiness and fresh acidity.

Fiano truly is a great food pairing wine, so you need not be shy in the kitchen! Arancini, creamy chicken or pork pasta dishes, chicken and leek pies and pastries, and rich seafood soups and chowders work wonders.
