Upon entry, the wine delivers a rich and full mouthfeel that envelops the palate. The tannins are supple and well-integrated, leading to a long, lingering finish that invites you to savour each sip. This Cabernet Sauvignon is both elegant and powerful, making it a perfect pairing.

Aroma: Rich dark fruits dominate – black cherry, blackberry, and cassis – layered with notes of cedar, vanilla, nutmeg, and a hint of mocha from oak aging. Subtle herbal and earthy tones add depth.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with smooth, approachable tannins. Flavors of ripe plum, blackcurrant, and dark cherry are balanced by hints of toasted oak, cocoa, and baking spice. The finish is long and silky with lingering dark fruit and gentle oak spice.

Serving Temperature: Serve at 16–18°C for best expression of fruit and oak integration.

Decanting: Not essential since it’s crafted for early enjoyment, but 30 minutes of aeration will help soften tannins and open up aromatics.

Cellaring: Drink now for its youthful fruit vibrancy, but it can age gracefully for 3–5 years. With time, the oak and tannins will integrate further, developing more earthy and savory complexity.
