Tasting Notes: This Pinot Shiraz is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Shiraz,  a deep, rich, crimson red/purple. The nose has alluring aromas of spicy red fruits; think dark plums, ripe tamarillo and brooding dark cherry. The varietal aromas are very compatible and well integrated, with a touch of pepper coming from the Shiraz. On the palate, the blend works well; the Pinot Noir provides the perfumed fruits and silky palate weight, while the Shiraz adds bright fruits, structure and its good framework. It is generously flavoured with moderate tannins.

Serving Temperature: 12–14°C is ideal to highlight freshness and aromatics.

Decanting: A 10–15 minute splash‑decant can help if the wine feels tight or reductive on opening.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie, cured meats, pâté. Wood‑fired pizza, tomato‑based pasta. Grilled chicken or pork.  BBBQ, burgers and sausages. Mushroom dishes, roasted vegetables and Mild Asian dishes (hoisin duck, teriyaki chicken).
