Zesty and refreshing style of wine with delicate aromas of lemon and grapefruit. Light-to-medium bodied with a clean, refreshing finish. Excellent with fresh seafood, salads, or creamy pasta dishes. Fermented in stainless steel to emphasize fruit purity over oak influence.

Church Road Classic Pinot Gris 2025
Ripe pear, floral and spice aromas are evident on the nose. This Pinot Gris has a fine acid balance and a touch of natural sweetness that helps to build a palate that is soft and approachable, yet still elegant and fresh.

Jacob's Creek 1847 Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Pale straw colour. Tropical and citrus flavours, including passionfruit and guava. Crisp acidity gives the wine a vibrant, refreshing quality.

The Houghton Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is bright straw appearance with tropical aromatics of passionfruit, gooseberry and guava. The palate is fresh with vibrant lemon and lime citrus notes. Light lees adds weight and texture to the palate.
