This Malbec has a deep purple colour and is full of ripe fruits aromas, such as plums and black cherries with a hint of spices. The red fruit flavours are well integrated with some oak notes due to gentle aging and complemented by soft tannins.

You'll find Malbec a great match for steak, pork, and lamb, as well as fattier fish like salmon and poultry with dark meat. Game meat—like bison, ostrich, and venison—are also a safe bet. In addition to meat pairings, consider foods with richer sauces or more vibrant flavours.
