Lost Weekend is a fresh and vibrant style of Chardonnay which will reward short to medium term cellaring. Best shared with a large group of friends over a big haul of freshly caught seafood!

Flavours of lime, nectarine and fresh lemon. Crisp acidity with slight notes of brioche and creaminess on the finish.

This Chardonnay will go well with Seafood: Prawn, crab, oysters, steamed fish, crumbed fish tacos with slaw and lemon mayo, White meats: Lemon-herb chicken, chicken piccata, mild creamy chicken dishes, Cheese: Soft or semi-hard cheeses—burrata, aged cheddar, Vegetarian: Creamy vegetable risotto, vegetable tartlets, scalloped potatoes and Asian fusion: Dishes with citrus, light spice—Thai fish cakes, Vietnamese spring rolls.
