This superb wine is fresh yet offers complexity at the same time. Discover aromas of peaches, melon and limes, while the palate has a juicy and fleshy texture, with hints of melon, pears and white peaches. The Domaine William Fevre Chablis is an ideal accompaniment to fresh seafood molluscs such as oysters, mussels or clams fresh straight from the sea. A great choice for those outdoor parties in the warmer months, this wine will not disappoint. Drink now or cellar it for up to three years.

This unique Chablis can be enjoyed young, aged two or three years, with fish or fowl terrines or with grilled or poached fish. But also with asparagus - a tough dish to match with a wine - or with world cuisine, tandoori or other curry dishes.
