Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced liquorice and dark plum aromas are interwoven with choc mint, vanillin cedar, earth and spicy mocha notes. Rich plush liquorice, dark plum and choc mint flavours have a vanillin cedar, earth and spice back drop. Fleshy mouth feel with fine grained tannins providing the framework. Long expressive conclusion. Drink over the next 6-8 years.

Shiraz is a perfect wine to pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison. The tannins in Shiraz can complement the rich flavours of red meat, and the wine's bold taste can stand up to the intense flavours of grilled or roasted meat.
