This classic dry Riesling comes from the steep vineyard Enkircher Ellergrub, which can only be worked by hand. 30 year old vines and a soil, embossed of blue slate and quartzite, ensure a high mineral density, a wonderful bouquet and fine fruit.

Enjoy the wine for a good meal, it goes well to fish and meat.
