Patrick Bottex Bugey-Cerdon La Cueille 2025 is a vibrant, low-alcohol (around 8%) sparkling rosé made via the méthode ancestrale. It displays a deep pink color with aromas of alpine strawberries and roses, offering a feather-light, juicy palate balanced by brisk acidity and a gentle, refreshing sweetness.
