Aroma: Jasmine and rose petals with delicate fruity notes of peach, melon, pink grapefruit and marshmallow

Palate: Fresh crisp and zesty. Lightly bitter at the end with a smooth finish.

This wine is excellent with rich fish such as salmon and tuna, shellfish, a wide range of cheeses and sweet fruit based desserts, to name a few. Recommended to be served between 10-12ºC
