Palate: Full-bodied with fine tannins, rich dark berry flavors, subtle acidity, and a long, smooth finish.

This wine will pair very well with aged cheeses, barbequed beef, game meats like venison, rich tomato sauce pasta dishes and mushroom risotto. It is recommended to be served between 18-20°C.
