Appearance: Deep ruby red with violet hues.

Aroma: Intense and complex, featuring ripe red fruits like cherries and blackberries, complemented by notes of vanilla, oak, and chocolate.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety, with soft tannins and a warm, persistent finish. Flavours of red fruits are enriched by hints of spice and cocoa.

This wine will pair well with grilled red meats, aged cheeses, mushroom risotto and also rich tomato sauce based pasta dishes. Recommended to be served between 16–18°C.
