Palate: Full-bodied with a velvety texture, featuring flavours of dark fruit, chocolate, and vanilla. The wine is soft yet quite tannic, offering a harmonious and persistent finish

This wine will pair well with grilled red meats, game meat, aged cheeses and mushroom based dishes. Recommended to be served between 16–18°C. Decanting is recommended for 30-60 minutes before serving.
