Appearance: Deep ruby red colour.

Aroma: Intense and complex, featuring notes of red berries, violets, sweet tobacco, nutmeg, liquorice, and Mediterranean herbs.

Palate: Full-bodied and structured, with flavours of blackberry pie, plum, mocha, and a touch of ash. The wine exhibits fine, silky tannins and a long, savoury finish.

This wine will pair well with aged cheeses, grilled red meats, game meats such as venison and mushroom based dishes. Recommended to be decanted for 30-60 minutes before serving between 16–18°C
