Palate: Full-bodied and complex, featuring flavours of redcurrant, cherries, sweet spices like cinnamon, and hints of chocolate. Balanced acidity with firm yet smooth tannins, leading to a long, spicy finish

This wine will pair well with aged cheeses, grilled red meats, game meats such as venison and mushroom based dishes. Recommended to be decanted for 30-60 minutes before serving between 16–18°C.
