Aroma: Lifted and mellow aromas of dried fruit, toasted almond, and soft spice. Hints of caramel, oak, and orange peel add complexity.

Palate: Smooth, medium-bodied, and easy-drinking. Flavours of fig, raisin, and butterscotch are balanced by gentle acidity. The finish is warm, nutty, and pleasantly sweet.

Cellaring: Ready to drink. No decanting needed. Will remain fresh for several weeks after opening if sealed and stored cool.
