Aroma: Intensely perfumed with complex layers of dark fruitcake, molasses, burnt toffee, roasted nuts, old leather and exotic spice, all underpinned by rancio character and mature oak

Palate: Full-bodied and luxuriously rich with a dense core of dried fig, treacle, caramelised citrus peel and toasted walnut. The palate is velvety and concentrated with beautifully integrated acidity that provides brightness and balance through a long, warming finish

Cellaring: Fully matured and at its peak. Will retain its character and structure indefinitely with proper cellaring
