Aroma: Fragrant and expressive with aromas of mulberry, blackberry and blueberry, interwoven with hints of violet, black pepper, spice and subtle toasted oak

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with vibrant dark berry flavours, a fine spice thread and savoury earthiness. Polished tannins and bright acidity bring lift and structure, leading to a long, harmonious finish

Cellaring: Approachable now with air, but will benefit from 6 to 10 years of careful cellaring to develop depth and secondary character
