Appearance: Brilliant ruby red colour, with garnet shades

Aroma: This fruity wine has hints of wild strawberries, raspberries and pomegranates, with balsamic notes of liquorice and mint.

Palate: The sip is fresh and dynamic, with elegant and refined tannins and has a pleasant and long finish.

Serving Temperature: 16-18ºC

Decanting: Allow the wine to breathe for 45 minutes to 1 hour. This duration helps in softening the tannins and allows the aromatic profile to open up.

This wine will pair well with mature cheeses, roasted red meats, game meats, mushroom based dishes and rich tomato based pasta sauces.
