Colour: Deep ruby with purple hues and excellent clarity.

Aroma: Rich and complex with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, dark cherry, chocolate, and hints of cedar and bay leaf.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with layered flavours of ripe dark fruits, cassis, plum, and dark chocolate. The wine is structured with fine-grained tannins, balanced acidity, and subtle oak nuances, leading to a long, satisfying, dry finish.

Cellaring: Excellent now, but will benefit from cellaring for 5 to 8 years to develop greater depth and tertiary notes.
