Tasting Notes: Deep dark red with intense purple hues. Concentrated black fruits with spice, chocolate and cedar aroma. A powerful Clare Valley Shiraz. Black olive and dark juicy fruits with long, fine grain tannins.

Serving Temperature: A structured, full‑bodied Shiraz like this shows best at 16–18°C.
