Dark, bright copper gold in appearance. Aromas of wild strawberry, black currant, elderberry, with hints of juniper, Earl Grey tea, and brioche.

Flavours of raisins, cherry, mint, vanilla, and leather. The wine starts soft and finishes dry, with notable tannins.

For optimal enjoyment, serve this wine slightly chilled at 14-16°C. This temperature range allows the wine's complex aromas and flavors to be fully appreciated.
This pairs excellently with shellfish, lean fish, appetizers, and snacks.
