Full-flavoured style with ripe custard apple, straw and nice golden eggy richness. Balanced, with a neat, clean finish. 35% Macabeo/30% Xarel.lo/35% Parellada. 24 months lees ageing. 9.5 g/l residual sugar. Stylish, satisfying.

Cava pairs most perfectly with seafood and charcuterie, and in Spain, its often knocked back alongside plates of prawns, slices of cured meats, and all those other lovely dishes that seem to fill the space between Christmas dinner and gift giving on the big day itself.
