Pale gold hue in appearance with aromas of yellow fruits accompanied by vanilla notes. Nice roundness in the mouth with notes of fresh almond. The finish is balanced by melted wood and a beautiful minerality.

The recommended serving temperature for this wine is between 12-14ºC and it also has the potential to cellar for 3-5 years. It can be paired with dishes such as prawn cocktail, grilled sea bass, veal stew in cream sauce, and mature cheeses.
