Pale gold with green hues, indicative of its youth and potential for aging. Expressive aromas of citrus fruits like lemon and grapefruit, complemented by notes of green apple, white flowers, and a subtle minerality. Hints of toasted almond and vanilla may emerge from oak aging.

On the palate, it is full-bodied with a harmonious balance of vibrant acidity and rich texture. Flavours of ripe pear, citrus zest, and a touch of honey are interwoven with a pronounced minerality and well-integrated oak nuances. The finish is long, clean, and refreshing.

This wine is recommended to be served at 12-14ºC and has the potential to cellar for 10-15 years. It pairs well with mature cheeses and seafood dishes such as lobster or grilled fish amongst others.
