Full-bodied with a rich tapestry of flavours, including dark cherry, raspberry, and hints of liquorice. The palate is well-structured, featuring velvety tannins and balanced acidity. A long and persistent finish, with lingering notes of dark chocolate and a touch of minerality.

Decanting is recommended for 1-2 hours before serving, allowing the wine to reveal its full character. Serve at 16-18°C to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity. Ideal with roasted meats, game dishes, and mature cheeses.
