Deep, dark ruby colour in appearance with rich aromas of ripe black plum and cassis, complemented by earthy nuances and subtle spice hints. Fresh and juicy with flavours of cherry and almond, supported by silky tannins and vibrant acidity. Lingering notes of crushed white pepper and a mineral, salty edge.

It is recommended that this wine is decanted before serving at a temperature between 16-17ºC. Ideally accompanying roasted meats, game dishes, and mature cheeses. It also has a cellaring potential for 10-15 years.
