Colour: Deep ruby with garnet edges and excellent clarity.

Aroma: Complex and aromatic with layers of dark cherry, plum, violets, wild thyme, and subtle earthy notes. Hints of spice and oak add depth.

Palate: Silky and structured with concentrated red and dark fruit flavours. Fine tannins and vibrant acidity provide elegance and balance, finishing long and savoury with mineral and spice notes.

Cellaring: Drinking well now but will continue to evolve beautifully over 6 to 8 years.
