Bright light golden in colour. Layered and intense aromas with great purity, showing chalky notes, fresh butter, roasted hazelnut, fresh peach, and confit de citron.

Powerful and intense with a lovely freshness paired with unctuous yellow fruit, chalky and nutty notes with fine extract and a saline touch on the finish; tremendously pure and long.

This wine should be served between 10-12ºC which will allow the minerality, freshness, and complex aromas of the wine to shine without muting its depth and structure.
