Colour: The 2025 Liz Heidenreich Watervale Riesling has a very pale straw colour with a brilliant green tint. 

Aroma: Lifted and fragrant, showcasing lemon and lime citrus along with delicate floral notes.

Palate: Clean, fresh, and bright, driven by the pure fruit character that Watervale is famous for.

Cellaring: While it is delicious in its youth, the natural acidity allows it to age gracefully for 5–8 years, where the acidity will soften into toasted richness.

Food Pairing: It pairs beautifully with freshly shucked oysters, prawns, light Asian salads, and soft cheeses.
