The Le Vigne di Eli Etna Rosso DOC Calderara Sottana is a distinguished red wine from Sicily's Etna region, crafted predominantly from the Nerello Mascalese grape variety. This wine embodies the unique terroir of Mount Etna, offering a complex and refined profile. The colour presents pale ruby with mahogany hues.

A penetrating bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as raspberries and cherries, complemented by subtle notes of dried flowers, lavender, and a hint of spice on the nose and on the palate, structured and full-bodied, with rich tannins and a complex flavour profile that includes wild berries, earthy undertones, and a touch of liquorice. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a mineral impression.
