Aroma: Delightful pear, lime and green apple scents sail through the nostrils overlaid by wet slate, oyster shell and mineral notes.

Palate: Delicious pear and lime fruits carry a slippery flow across what is a gorgeously rounded palate. Notions of green apple, wet stone, subtle infusions of fresh herbs and a saline like minerality the undercard.

Cellaring: Best enjoyed young for its brightness and purity, or cellar to 2031 for added roundness and finesse
