Pale straw with green hues. Fragrant floral aromas of lemon and almond blossom, jasmine and chamomile over lime. The palate is vibrant and fruit-forward with fresh lemon, lime leaf, white musk and crisp acidity driving the flavour along the long finish.

Aroma: Expressive and floral, featuring lemon and almond blossom, jasmine, chamomile, and lime zest. Additional notes include freshly squeezed lime juice, green apple sorbet, crushed stone, and orange blossom .

Palate: Vibrant and fruit-forward with flavors of fresh lemon, lime leaf, and white musk. The wine is underpinned by crisp acidity, leading to a long, fine, and crisp finish .

Serving Temperature: Best served chilled at 8–10°C

Decanting: Not necessary; however, allowing the wine to breathe for a short period can enhance its aromatic complexity.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now or cellar until 2035 to appreciate the development of tertiary characteristics.
