This wine presents initial hints of spiciness on the nose, with aromas such as crushed cumin seed and white pepper. These spicy notes are complemented by fruit tones of persimmon and summer-ripe rock melon. On the palate, the wine exhibits an oily, mid-weight texture with refreshing acidity and pronounced minerality, leading to a long, citrus-forward finish.

This wine is recommended to be decanted for at least half an hour before being served at around 10ºC. This wine pairs excellently with fatty fish, poultry, and even lamb. Its structure and acidity make it versatile for various dishes, enhancing flavours without overpowering them.
