The Fringe Société Chardonnay from South West France offers a vibrant and approachable expression of the varietal, balancing fresh fruit notes with subtle oak influences.

Appearance: Pale straw with a slight golden hue.

Aroma: Bright and zesty, featuring lemon and green apple, complemented by vanilla and hazelnut complexity resulting from a perfect balance of oak.

Palate: Medium-bodied and dry, with a lightly textured mouthfeel and moderate flavour impact.

Serving Temperature: Serve chilled at 10–12°C to enhance its freshness and aromatic profile.

Decanting: Not necessary; however, allowing the wine to breathe for a few minutes after opening can help express its full bouquet.
